PR Days - Canada PR Tracker ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

This App is for personal reference only and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.

2. Information You Store in the App

PR Days is designed with privacy at its core. The app stores the following information locally on your device:

2.1 Information You Provide

Profile Information: Your PR card expiry date and immigration status (stored locally on your device)
Trip Records: Travel dates, destinations, reasons for travel, and notes (stored locally on your device)

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Location Data: With your permission, PR DAYS accesses location data to automatically detect whether you are in Canada, including when the app is closed or not in use if background location is enabled. Your device and platform location services may process your location to determine your country. PR DAYS stores only the detected country code, such as CA or US, locally. Precise coordinates are not stored by PR DAYS. This data is not used for ads.
Device Information: Basic device settings required for app functionality, such as language, notification preferences, and permission status. This information is stored locally on your device.

3. How We Store Your Data

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers to store your personal information. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
